2021 Sydney Primary School Catchment Change Compare to 2020

Mount Kuring-gai Public School has taken over the northern part of Mount Colah Public School catchment.

Nth Kellyville Public School took over the northeastern part of the catchment from Beaumont Hills Public School.

Beaumont Hills Public School taken over a small southern patch of the catchment from Ironbark Ridge Public School.

Riverstone Public School took over the northeastern portion of the catchment from Marsden Park Public School.

William Dean Public School has taken over southeastern part of the catchment from Marsden Park Public School.

Galungara Public School has taken over northern part of catchment from Hambledon Public School.

Galungara Public School has taken over western part of the catchment from Riverbank Public School.

Riverbank Public School has taken a small northeastern part of the catchment from Hambledon Public School.

Northbourne Public School is a newly opened public school, it has taken over what was formally western part of the Marsden Public School.

Smalls Road Public School which we have discussed extensively previously, so I will not go into detail again, but sufficient to say it involve changes changes to all nearby school catchments.

Victoria Ave Public School has taken southern part of Wentworth Point Public School, this one I again discussed in more detail previously as well.

Newington Public School lost south western corner of its 2020 catchment to Auburn North Public School.

Newly estabilished Bayanami Public cluster change in Parramatta which resulted in changes to nearby school catchments as well. This one is previously discussed as well in more detail, but the name of the school was not decided at the time.

Hilltop Road Public School has taken over southwestern part of the catchment from Parramatta West Public School.

Panania North Public School has taken over southeastern corner of the catchment from Milperra Public School.

Denham Court Public School which is a new school just opened and it has taken over the southwestern corner of the catchment from Prestons Public School, the northern part of the catchment from Bardia Public School and the northern part of the catchment from Robert Townson Public School.

Gledswood Hills Public School has a newly defined catchment and taken bits of surrounding schools.

Barramurra Public School with newly defined catchment as well.

Oran Park Public School with newly defined catchment for 2021.

St Helens Park Public School catchment has been expanded and covered a large nearby previously not defined area.

The most common name used by the NSW Department of Education is called “catchment” which refer to that students resides in a particular area is guaranteed a position in specific schools. When discussed from the perspective of a particular school is often referred to as one of the following terms.
